Our Coco Damnoen in Damnoen Saduak, Thailand was inherited from our grandparents. Our Coco Damnoen grandparents are tenderly and thoroughly looking for the best fruits and vegetables for our fruit farm. They trial and error for many years. When we were young, every summer when we visited our grandparents at the farm, we would see the changes in our neighbouring farms.

Our land in Damnoen Saduak, Thailand
Local farmers would change their entire fruit trees according to the demand of the market or what was in trend. Unlike others, our granddad would have planted new types of fruit and vegetables on the farm little by little. He would just plant a few trees of the new type of fruit and study the development of those fruit trees carefully throughout its fruit life cycle. He enthusiastically worked on the farm. Then he would slowly replace the old age fruit trees with the new type of fruit trees that works well with our lifestyle and layout of the farm. Finally, the aromatic coconut trees have become the main crop of our farm.

Our grandparents have 3 children. With the income from the farm, their 3 children happily graduated with bachelor degrees. When our grandparents were too old to handle the farm, the youngest daughter quit the high paid bank job to continue the farmer’s career. This is because she is aware of her father’s love for this farm. She has then continued his legend until now.
We are 2 sisters from our grandparents first son. We graduated PhD in Computer Science and Music therapy. As grandchildren, we see our aunt’s sacrifice her lifestyle to keep the legacy of our farm. This is not just an aromatic coconut farm that makes a profit for us but it is full of history, love and care of our family.

We want everyone around the world to see how meticulousness and love from Ratchaburi aromatic coconut farmers, not just our aunt, create value in other people’s lives. All Thai coconut farmers put a lot of care and effort into the cultivation of Thai aromatic coconuts.
Coco Damnoen Coconut Water
Moreover, when we were young, everytime when we visited our grandparents at the aromatic coconut farm, our granddad would carefully prepare a nice cold cup of young aromatic coconut water for us. Now our aunt does the same for us. The young Thai aromatic coconut water is meticulously prepared freshly from the coconut trees in our Coco Damnoen farm. The cup is full of fragrant and sweet coconut juice. The flesh of the young coconut is carefully gotten out of the coconut fruits and put in the cup. The cup would be placed in the fridge to keep it nice and cold. But we normally drink it all before it reaches the fridge.
We live in Khon Kaen which is a town in the Northeast of Thailand. When we buy young coconut water in the supermarket in Khon Kaen, it doesn’t smell or taste the same as the one we have at our grandparents’ aromatic coconut farm.

Our organic young aromatic coconuts are exported to China and the USA. However, the fresh young coconuts have a short shelf life and require refrigerated transportation. To transport fresh young coconuts is not an easy task.
Moreover, the time to transport the fresh young coconuts over to the USA by sea can be really long. Most of the time, by the time the young coconuts get to the destination, they have already passed their best consuming time so the consumers might not get the best experience of the young aromatic coconut. Moreover, with the short shelf life, the young coconuts only have a few weeks left before their expiration date.
Therefore, our main goal is to create a convenient and long shelf life product from our young aromatic coconut water that represents the fresh from the farm sweet taste and fragrant smell of the aromatic coconut water to people around the world without using any chemicals. After many years of R&D with expert from Khon Kaen University, we have an Agricultural Innovative Product that won First Place at AGRI PLUS AWARD 2022.
